Flip the lid of your Cornetto cone, scan the QR Code, and submit the unique alphanumeric code to the Selecta Cornetto Facebook Chatbot within October 1 to December 31, 2025. Step 1:
Purchase any of the Cornetto Classic variants (Chocolate, Cookies & Dream, Vanilla, and Apple Crumble), Cornetto Disc variants (Black Choco Disc, White Choco Cookies & Cream Disc, Hazelnut Disc, Matcha Crumble Disc, and Spanish Latte Disc) from stores nationwide within October 1 – December 31, 2025.
Step 2:
Flip the lid to find the unique 10-digit alphanumeric code
Scan the QR code that will lead directly to the Selecta Cornetto Facebook Messenger
Step 3:
Once led to the official Selecta Cornetto Facebook Messenger, submit your unique 10-digit alphanumeric code.
Step 4:
Submit your FULL NAME, CONTACT NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS, and ADDRESS to the chatbot when prompted.
Step 5:
Win instant prizes or a chance to win the cash prizes via the raffle daw! All participants who don’t win an instant prize will ge the chance to win the major or grand cash prize during the raffle draw. Raffle draw winners will be contacted through the official Selecta Cornetto Facebook messenger on January 30, 2026.

How to Claim Prizes

4. How do I know if I won and how can I redeem my prize?
- Instant prizes will be awarded upon entry submission via the Selecta Cornetto Facebook messenger chatbot. Prizes are valid for claiming until March 31, 2026. Raffle draw winners will be notified on January 30, 2026 and will be given until February 13, 2026 to confirm and fulfill the requirements for claiming.

- Prizes are awarded randomly. Every participant gets an equal chance to win a prize.
6. I won free ice cream, but the store I went to/chose does not have any stocks; what should I do?
- You may claim your prize at another branch of the same retailer inputted in the Facebook messenger chatbot until March 31, 2026.
7. How many times can I join the promo?
- Participants can join the promo multiple times. Note that each unique alphanumeric code counts as one entry and can only be submitted once. Purchase more Cornetto variants (Classic or Disc) to submit multiple entries!

11. What if I won the GCash Prize, but do not have a GCash account, can I use someone else’s?
- Participants who win GCash credits must have a GCash account to claim the prize.
12. The cone I bought did not have a code, what should I do?

15. How do I claim the cash prize if I win the raffle?
- You will be notified on January 30, 2026 for directions and requirements for claiming (an active traditional bank account by February 13, 2026 and 2 valid gov’t IDs)
16. What happens if I win the raffle and I’m not eligible?
- If a participant does not meet the fan meet eligibility requirements, then they cannot attend the fan meet. Cornetto will not be liable, and there will be no consolations prize since requirements were posted beforehand.
17. Will Cornetto help me apply/acquire the requirements?
- Cornetto will not assist or be involved in applying for documents or requirements. Winners of the raffle must have a working traditional bank account and 2 valid gov’t IDs by February 13, 2026.
18. Are the cash prizes in the raffle subject to income tax?
- Yes, the cash prizes that are won in the raffle are exclusive of income tax, so taxes will be applied to the amount stated when disbursed.
19. I can’t find any Cornetto products with the promo lids in any store near me.
