TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.A Selecta Party Package comes with the following inclusions:

• Ice Cream stocks
• Ice Cream booth with Selecta freezer

2.A minimum order quantity of P5,000 is required to push through with the Selecta Party Package order.

3.An add-on of manpower for the booth is optional with an additional fee of Php 500.

4.The following details will be collected upon ordering of the Selecta Party Package:

• Name
• Contact Number
• Event Date & Time
• Address of Event
• Mode of Payment

5.Orders should be made at least 5 days prior to the event date.

6.Upon submission of the order, a Selecta representative will reach out to confirm the order and send the payment details.

7.Upon confirmation of the order from a Selecta representative, a downpayment of 50% is required via GCash or Bank Transfer (No downpayment will lead to cancellation of order). Balance payment will be made on the day of the event.

8.Payment details will be sent by the Selecta representative via SMS/Viber.

9.All personal details submitted are subjected to the Data Privacy Act of 2012. By submitting personal details, the consumer agrees to the usage of the details for the sole purpose of fulfilling the order.
