1. What if my location is not in the list?

The locations that are in the list are the only serviceable areas for Selecta Party Package at the moment. Stay tuned for updates for more serviceable cities.

2. How much is the downpayment?

All bookings require a Php1000 down payment 2 days before the delivery date.

3. What if I do not want a particular brand in my package after submitting a form? Can I replace it with another?

Yes, just inform the Hapi Dealer in direct contact. Price may vary depending on the product.

4. Is it okay to choose the same flavor if I was given the option to choose more than one?

Yes, you may choose through the website.

5. How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery fee is included in the packages.

6. Can I order the Ice Cream and Freezer with no staff?

Yes, make sure not to tick the Staff checkbox on the website if you will not be requiring assistance during your event.

7. Can I pick up the items myself?

Yes, you may do so.

8. Do you accept urgent requests?

Yes, with a rush fee of Php500.

9. Can I change my event date after submitting my form?

Yes, just inform your agency coordinator at least 1 day before the final event date or as soon as possible.

10. What do I do if I just want a purely Magnum/Cornetto package?

You can choose as many flavors that you want for any brand through the custom package section on the website.

11. Can I order Selecta Bestseller tubs?

No, Selecta Party Package only offers hand-held ice cream products. Stay tuned for updates for the availability of Selecta tubs for Party Package

12. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Cancellation is allowed 1 day prior to the event, but downpayment will not be refunded.
